The chamois hunt is a special challenge for the hunter. The chamois, whose home lies in the high mountains, is very difficult to track down and hunt. But the exciting hunt in picturesque mountain landscapes promises moments that a hunter will never forget. Anyone who enjoys hunting in a high alpine region can look forward to a quiet, almost untouched nature, to lonely moments in the midst of a magnificent landscape and views that will delight the heart.

In 2012, the chamois was chosen as the wild animal of the year. Chamois are skilful climbers who have to survive in adverse conditions in the high alpine winter. The huntable population of these beautiful and social animals is small. Whoever goes hunting for chamois must have a lot of luck, courage and experience. Successful hunters are rewarded with tasty meat, a skin that can be worked into delicate leather and with crutches that earn a worthy place on our carved ear boards.

Each trophy plaque is hand-carved from wood and has a small hole on the back where a fastening of your choice can be attached. The necessary screws or nails are not included. Some ear boards offer enough space for painting with the date, the place of shooting or another text that reminds of the day when the chamois or chamois was hunted.
